We recently made a 7-day tour in DRC using the services of Best Africa Tours. We had a great time in this difficult country. Diem was very responsive and helpful in organising the tour. Accommodation and transfers were very good. Our guide Israel was excellent, a very nice person speaking perfect English. Safety was his major concern and everything went well. Also, the price was very competitive, quite lower in comparison with other companies. I definitely recommend Best Africa Tours if you want to visit DRC.

In September I took a ten day overland trip Rwanda, DR Congo and Burundi with BestAfrica Tours. I found the guide (and owner) Diem Murhala most personable, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful/useful.

The itinerary was thoughtful, varied and interesting with no corners cut. The highlight for me was Lake Kivu, the ferry and a night in a tented camp on Tchegera Island.

Diem is a first class fixer. He cheerfully met every outrageous demand by DRC embassy, London for updated, reissued, multiply restamped prices of paper. He personally knows border guards and we sailed through the land borders without bribe, often at the head of the queue.

Finally Diem is an expert and cautious driver. I felt perfectly safe on the poor roads and chaotic traffic of central Africa.

I had a delightful and fascinating trip and without hesitation recommend BestAfrica to all.

I can highly recommend MurhDitours and Dieumerci's tourism expertise. We visited Rwanda in Feb 2023, including Akagera, Kivu lake, and Chimpanzee trekking, and enjoyed the service, expertise, and flexibility. They were able to accommodate our needs and change of plans, making useful suggestions when required. They organized and supervised everything in ways that made our group feel safe and make the best of wonderful Rwanda!

This was my first time in Burundi, and I booked a private tour with Hostours travel because I liked the itinerary they offered and felt confident in the company.

Justin and a driver picked me up early from my hotel and had a great itinerary set up with stops that included some of the most beautiful and important sight in Burundi; including the Source of the Nile, Karera Waterfalls, and the Gishora Drum Sanctuary. We drove through beautiful scenery including rolling hills and tea plantations. Justin picked a pleasant stop for lunch at a hotel in a remote area which was very relaxing and served good food. Justin explained many things to me along the way, and his English was excellent. I felt like a learned quite a lot of things about Burundi I never knew before.

Justin is very professional, and the driver was very good and quite experienced at navigating the roads and getting around slow-moving trucks. I would highly recommend Hostours travel to anyone who wants to explore this country in depth with an experienced guide that will set up a great itinerary for you.

We had a super pleasant day in nature and admired different species of incredible birds accompanied by experienced and very attentive guides and we shared good times with the other hikers. I recommend this team if you go to Kigali.
